投資分析師崗位職責(zé)
1、維護(hù)并開發(fā)高凈值客戶，為客戶提供全面財富管理服務(wù)，實現(xiàn)客戶資產(chǎn)保值、增值；
2、解讀證券及行業(yè)資訊，提供投資建議，滿足客戶的個性化投資需求；
3、證券行情與市場信息分析，宏觀、策略、行業(yè)研究，撰寫相關(guān)分析研究報告；
4、舉辦高端投資策略報告會，為客戶進(jìn)行專業(yè)知識普及。
5、培訓(xùn)投資顧問，促進(jìn)投顧隊伍發(fā)展；
6、研究并推廣證券行業(yè)創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)。
工作地點：唐山、石家莊

投資分析師任職資格：
1、經(jīng)濟(jì)或金融專業(yè)，重點大學(xué)（985，211）全日制本科以上學(xué)歷，碩士研究生可優(yōu)先聘用；
2、具備證券投資咨詢資格，咨詢經(jīng)驗滿三年優(yōu)先考慮；
3、有較強(qiáng)的行業(yè)分析和研究能力，能夠敏銳地把握證券市場中的趨勢和熱點，能夠獨立撰寫分析研究報告；對各類證券信息及研究成果能很好的理解轉(zhuǎn)化以服務(wù)于客戶和銷售團(tuán)隊；
4、具備高超的演講和營銷推廣能力、較好的書寫能力、較強(qiáng)的獨立學(xué)習(xí)研究能力及客戶溝通能力；
5、正直、有責(zé)任心、積極上進(jìn)、有良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神和服務(wù)意識，能承受工作壓力；
